Cool Freebies I've been getting

Sometimes, you just have an awesome mail day.  Or mail week, in this case.  I've been getting something cool almost every day!  It really is worth it to sign up for those freebies when you see them.  You won't get them all, but you can still end up with some really cool stuff!

2x Secret Natural Mineral  Antiperspirant/Deodorant .5 oz ( From Secret's Facebook Freebie Friday - I have absolutely no idea how I got 2.  They came a day apart, and I don't know if I somehow requested 2 or it was a company glitch?  Either way, I'll take it :)
Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2 in 1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum (No Longer Available)

Wow!  These are awesome freebies, the Physicians Formula is a full sized product.  It's true that these particular freebies are no longer available.  But don't get discouraged!  When you see a posting for a freebie, and you have time to request it, do it!  You will soon see fun presents in the mail on a regular basis.  You won't be able to get every freebie, and that's OK.  But I find that these little things brighten my day!  Plus, you never know when you are going to find a product or a company that you never knew you loved.

For example - my Brew Over Ice cup arrived damaged.  I was so excited, and then so bummed out.  I decided to write a short message to the company on their facebook page ( it was the only way to contact them, since I had requested the freebie on facebook and no other contact info was included in the package).  I wrote a message thanking them for the awesome freebie, and letting them know that it had arrived damaged.  I also was sure to reiterate how much I appreciated this awesome freebie!  ( I REALLY hate those people that think they are entitled to a freebie.  You aren't entitled.  Get over it)  Anyway, they were so nice, and contacted me within about 24 hours to let me know that they were sending me a replacement cup!  How nice is that?  Sometimes, when you are broke and things are hard, it's the little things that make your day :) 

Great Mail Day!

Check out my great mail day!  My samples have been dwindling, probably because I haven't been requesting as many lately, or maybe there have been less available.  Either way, I love a good mail day!

I got my American Apparel zip up jacket from winning the Sobe Heads or Tails instant win game - it is super cute!  And it only says "Sobe" on the back right under the neck, in not an obvious way, so it's not like you are wearing a big ad.  I also got my FREE 12 pack coupon from My coke rewards - which I promptly took to the store, which is why you see the actual 12-pack here.  If you drink Coke products, you should definitely sign up for My Coke Rewards, why not get some free coke? 

I also got a sample of Purity Cleansing Cloths from Philosophy, and a full sized Veria Vanilla Organic Lip Balm.  Yay for freebies!

Mail Day!

I had a great mail day today!  I received my OneBagOneEarth reusable bag.  It is awesome!  It's huge too, at least twice the size of my other reusable bag.  So excited, can't wait to use it!

I also got my cute PINK earplugs from Hearos (America's Favorite Ear Plugs, if you didn't know).  These should come in handy when J is snoring.  Or when people are doing landscaping outside my bedroom window at 7:30am.  It also came with a .50 cent off coupon for Sleep Pretty in Pink 7 pair & free case.

And I finally got my Shirley J universal sauce sample!  I think I might use it to make sausage gravy for biscuits and gravy....yummm.

Finally, a great mail day!

Wow, I had such a great mail day!  The last few days have been very disappointing mail days, so I'm very excited.  This morning I finally got my delivery from Tulle, and got a super cute dress and necklace that I ordered a few weeks ago - they were having a fantastic sale and I only spent $7.48 plus shipping!

Then later I checked the mail and had received my Kraft First Taste summer sampler.  If you haven't joined Kraft First Taste yet, I highly suggest you do!  This sampler is no longer available, but they will often have other promos and freebies.  My sampler included 4 1.25 oz bags of Wheat Thins Sun Dried Tomato and Basil, 3 packets of General Foods International Vanilla Caramel Latte, a coupon for a FREE box of Kraft macaroni and cheese explosion, and a coupon for a FREE package of Oscar Mayer lunchmeat!  I'm pretty excited about that last one because I am going to try and combine it with the Target B3G1 coupon for some super cheap lunchmeat.

I also got the sample of Hugo that I ordered for J awhile back, and my earthbound farms reusable shopping bag, along with some earthbound farms coupons.  Sweet!
